United Way of South Wood County- $54,000 toward 2007 programs & transportation at Baker Drive Unit. $35,000 toward 2007 programs at Mead School Unit. Wisconsin Rapids Optimists Club -Hard work paid off as the Optimists hosted their Annual Golf Outing, with 50% of the procedes going to the Boys & Girls Club. The 2006 outing raised $4,600 for the kids! Thanks to Mr. Cal Kauffman for bringing this wonderful check by!![]() Woodtrust Bank (8th St) - Thanks Pam and the staff for hostinga brat fry and donating all the funds ($511.60) to our Boys & Girls Club! Thanks for the hard work, the donation and the delicious brats!
![]() 4-H and the Youth Coalition - Special Thanks to Dot Kalmon of 4H for writing a grant to benefit our Clubs. The grant will provided Boys & Girls Club $5,000 to help pay for memberships this fall and also gave 100 members who financially qualified $100 gift cards to JC Penney Stores for back to school clothes.
Paper City Savings - $500 raised through their Beanie Baby sale went to the Boys & Girls Club. Thanks Paper City and Pam Kuhn for hosting this fund raiser for us!
Engles Fellowship Lodge#91-IOOS -Your gift of $500 toward transportation & $500 toward donor management software was greatly apprecited. You are good friends to our Boys & Girls Club kids! The Sunday School Children of First English Lutheran Church - They contributred a portion of their offerings for the past year to the Boys & Girls Club, totaling $701.73. Awesome, kids!
